Help Reduce Gun Violence and Other Crimes in Our Neighborhoods
Community Youth Against Violence strongly believe that the Camera Campaign Initiative will reduce crime in designated areas and save lives of children and adults. The Camera Campaign Initiative would help police departments solve crimes in lieu of eyewitness testimony. The Camera Campaign Initiative will increase pride of the neighborhood by its’ residents as being a safe place to live.
Community Youth Against Violence is encouraging cities of Miami Dade County to consider installing CCTV in neighborhoods, especially where violent crimes are occurring to deter, detect and apprehend offenders.
